The problem
People looking for help encounter delay, unclear pricing and questions about trust. Those obstacles need to be addressed before asking someone to create an account or book.
My part
I designed the mobile experience from onboarding to lawyer discovery, booking and case communication, with clear expectations at each step.
Key decisions
Explain the offer before asking for details
Onboarding makes the purpose clear and allows skipping, recognizing that the person arriving already has a problem to solve.
Keep sign-up simple
A phone number and verification code remove the need to create and remember another password.
Put the hourly rate in the results
The discovery list shows the fee alongside the rating and reviews, helping someone make a decision before opening a profile.
Make the communication rules visible
Chat is attached to an active case or booking. The empty state explains that condition and offers the next useful step.
Where it landed
A complete mobile product concept covering discovery, transparent pricing, booking and case communication.
